Lancer Project

Lancer Project is located at No.27/3/1 on Bidhan Nagar Road, which is right in the heart of the Ultadanga area. If you know this part of the city, you know it is always moving and very loud. Our building is tucked away among many others, and it can be easy to miss if you aren't looking for the number. Inside, we have a regular office setup. It’s a bit cramped because we have so many files and project plans stacked up on every available surface. We handle different projects, and that means a lot of talking on the phone and writing things down in ledgers. It is not a very quiet environment, with the sound of the traffic and the trains from the station nearby always in the background. We don't have fancy furniture or a coffee machine that does anything special. We just have a kettle and some jars of tea and sugar. The people here are hard workers who don't mind getting their hands dirty when a project gets complicated. We take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and we just order some food and keep going. It’s just how we operate. We don't make a big fuss about what we do.
