Globe Edge Express

We are located at B/252-A in Lake Town. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the main roads. We mostly handle packages and deliveries. Our space is usually filled with boxes of all sizes waiting to be sorted and sent out. It is a lot of lifting and labeling. Sometimes the delivery vans get stuck in traffic, which throws our whole afternoon schedule off. We aren't a massive shipping company with thousands of employees. It is just a small team of us here in Lake Town. We know the local streets well, which helps when we're trying to get things delivered quickly. The office isn't much to look at, just a counter and some scales and a lot of packing tape. People from the neighborhood drop by to send stuff to their relatives or for their small businesses. We’ve seen all sorts of things come through here. Sometimes a box isn't taped well enough and we have to fix it up before it goes out. It is just the daily routine for us. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big lobby. We just try to make sure the right box gets to the right house. It is a lot of repetitive work, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we have a system that works for us. We just keep our heads down and get the deliveries done as best as we can every single day.
