Mac Fiction Studio

Over at No. 50 and 51 Jodhpur Garden, things are usually humming along at Mac Fiction Studio. We are right in the Lake Gardens area, which is actually quite a nice part of the city if you don’t mind the occasional parking squeeze. The studio itself is spread across these two numbers, and it’s where we spend most of our daylight hours. It isn't a particularly sleek or modern-looking place from the outside, but it works for what we do. We have some big windows that let in a lot of light, although the dust from the road usually covers the glass within a week. Most of us arrive around ten, depending on how the local trains or the traffic is behaving that morning. We have a small area for making coffee, which mostly tastes okay but gets us through the afternoon slump. There are piles of papers and random things on the desks because we aren't the best at keeping things perfectly tidy. People often walk past and look in, probably wondering what we are working on inside. It’s just a group of us trying to get through the projects we have on our plate. We don't really do much fancy stuff here, just everyday work in a neighborhood that feels like home. The walls are a bit thin, so we can hear the neighbors sometimes, but it adds to the local feel of the place and keeps things from being too quiet.
