We have been based at 3D, Nabin Sarkar Lane for quite a long time now. Baghbazar is one of those old-school neighborhoods where everything feels a bit crowded but familiar. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside. It is just a plain workspace where we come every morning to get through our list of things to do. Most days start with someone going out to get tea from the little stall on the corner. The lane itself is quite narrow, and sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck, which causes a bit of a stir. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. When you walk in, you just see a few of us sitting at our desks surrounded by papers and equipment. It is a bit dusty sometimes because the building is old, but it has a lot of character. We’ve seen the post office nearby busy with people all day. Sometimes the noise from the street gets loud, but we just shut the windows and keep working. We don't really follow a strict corporate manual here. We are just a small group of people who know how to do our jobs. People sometimes have a hard time finding us the first time because Nabin Sarkar Lane is tucked away, but once you’ve been here, it’s easy. It’s just a simple, honest place to work in a very traditional part of the city. We like the local vibe here.
