Working at 5/1D, Panditia Road has its ups and downs. It is a central enough spot, but the street can get quite narrow and busy during the peak hours of the day. Kodecommit Solutions Private Limited is a small outfit. We do not have a huge staff or a big HR department to manage things. It is just a few of us who know how to build stuff with code. We show up, we sit down, and we get to work. The office itself is pretty basic. We have got the essentials like computers, a printer that works half the time, and a small area to sit and eat. We do not spend a lot of money on decorations because we would rather just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Sometimes the days feel long, especially when we are trying to meet a deadline. We might stay late, ordering some food from the place nearby and just pushing through the tasks. There is a lot of back-and-forth communication between us. It is not always polite or professional in the way a big corporation would be, but we are friends as much as coworkers. We say what is on our minds and move on. It makes the work go faster when you do not have to hide what you think. People in the building know us as the software guys on the floor. We are just regular people.
