At Km Infotech Private Limited, we are located in Berhampore. Specifically, we are at Dag No-369/1244 on Prof. Avenue in Panchanantala. It’s a bit of a long address but once you are in Panchanantala, it’s not too hard to find. The office is on a regular street where there are other houses and small businesses. We don't have any big neon signs or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our desks. Berhampore is a nice town to work in, not as chaotic as Kolkata but still busy enough. We’ve got our computers set up and we spend the day handling whatever tasks come our way. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of life here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do our work and go home to our families. The people working here are locals who know the area well. We usually talk about the local news or what’s happening in the market during our breaks. It’s a very grounded environment. We don't use any fancy management talk. If something needs fixing, we just fix it. The building is a bit old, but it stays cool in the summer which is what matters most to us. We’ve been at this Dag number for some time now and it feels like home. We just keep our heads down and work.
