Kingsyatri Infoserve Private Limited is tucked away on the second floor of a building along Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Road. This is a very busy part of the city, and the noise from the traffic never really stops. You can hear the buses and the autos all day long. The office is on the 2nd floor, which is nice because it is a little bit away from the dust of the street, but you still feel the vibration of the heavy trucks. We have a basic setup for info services. It is mostly just rows of desks and some chairs that aren't the most comfortable but they do the job. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to really worry about that. People come in to ask about different things, and we spend most of our time on the phones or typing away. There isn't a lot of extra space for fancy things. We have a small corner for files and a place to keep our lunch boxes. The afternoon sun hits the windows directly, so we have to keep the curtains drawn most of the time. It makes the room a bit dark, but it is better than the glare on the monitors. Working on NSC Bose Road means you get used to the hustle. We just focus on the computer screens and try to ignore the chaos outside.
