International Computer Technology

Our place is at No. 10 Nakuleshwar Bhattarcherjee Lane. It’s tucked away near the Hazra Uttam area. International Computer Technology has been running out of this building for a long time. It’s an old neighborhood with narrow lanes, so it can be a bit tricky to find us the first time. Inside, it’s mostly computers, cables, and various hardware parts lying around. We focus on fixing computers and helping people with their IT problems. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby. It’s just a workspace where we spend most of our time looking at motherboards and monitors. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a local virus going around or people need their systems updated. We aren't trying to be a giant tech firm. We are just local guys who know a lot about computers. We talk to our customers like normal people, not using a lot of tech jargon if we can help it. Sometimes we run out of a specific part and have to wait for a delivery. That's just how it goes. We’ve built up a regular group of customers who know they can just drop by when something breaks. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of shop. We just keep our heads down and get the repairs done. That's how we've always operated.
