Our spot at B-15, Ramkrishna Upanibesh is tucked away in a corner of the Regent Estate area. It’s mostly residential around here, so it doesn’t feel like a big industrial hub or anything like that. We have been operating from this building for a long time. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, and the P.O. Regent Estate is close by, which helps with our mail and paperwork. Inside, it’s a pretty standard office. We have a few rooms filled with files and some old computers that still work perfectly fine. The lighting isn't the brightest, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We offer various services, mostly handling the paperwork and technical side of things for people who need help. There’s no big reception desk or a person waiting to greet you at the door. You just walk in and see us working at our desks. Sometimes we talk about the local football matches or what’s happening in the neighborhood while we drink our chai. It is a small team, maybe five or six of us on a good day. We don’t have those big meetings you see in movies. We just talk across the room. It’s a quiet life here, away from the main city rush. We just focus on getting our jobs done so we can go home to our families in the evening. It’s a decent place to spend the day.
