Jmp Solutions Llp is up on the 2nd floor at 5 Raja Subodh Mullick Square. To be honest, the stairs can be a bit much if you are not used to them, but we do not mind it. The office feels lived-in. We have papers everywhere and the fans are always humming because it gets warm in the afternoon. Raja Subodh Mullick Square is a busy place, so there is always something going on outside if you look out the window. We mostly just stick to our work. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees. It is a smaller setup at Jmp Solutions Llp, which makes it easier to talk to each other without having to send a dozen emails first. Sometimes we forget to tidy up the front desk, but the work gets done anyway. It is a practical space. We have got the old wooden chairs and some newer ones that do not quite match, but they work fine for us. Working in this part of town has its own rhythm. You get used to the sounds of the street and the routine of the day. We just show up, do what is on the list, and then head home like everyone else. There is no big secret to how we operate. We just stay at 5 Raja Subodh Mullick Square and keep the wheels turning day by day. It is homey in its own way.
