You can find us at Plot No. 29/C on Hare Krishna Seth Lane. We are tucked away in Biswanath Colony in the Sinthee area. It’s one of those narrow lanes where you have to be careful when a big vehicle comes through. The building is an older one, and we use most of the ground floor for the business operations. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, and the phones seem to ring at the most inconvenient times. We handle a variety of items here, so the storage room is always packed to the ceiling. Sometimes it takes a while to find exactly what someone is looking for because things get moved around. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try not to make too much noise in the early mornings. My desk is covered in notes and lists of things that need doing. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a workspace with a couple of fans and some old wooden chairs. We have been here for a long time and the neighbors know us well. Usually, the postman stops for a bit of a chat when he drops off the mail. Dealing with the daily logistics keeps us pretty occupied from morning till evening. It gets a bit dark in the lane during the winter months, but we just turn the lights on and keep going until the work is finished and the doors are locked.
