Jessop & Co.Ltd. is based right here at 8 Mangal Pandey Road in Dum Dum. It’s an old place with a lot of history, though these days we just focus on getting through the daily workload without much fuss. The building itself shows its age, but that’s just how things are around this part of town. Most of us have been coming here for years, catching the local transport or walking through the busy streets of Dum Dum to get to the gate. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of machines and people talking over tea during the small breaks we get. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing. It’s more about the actual work on the floor. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a big order to push out, and then the whole place feels a bit more alive. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we started, but the address stays the same. People know us by the name on the gate. It isn't a flashy setup, just a group of people making sure things get built and sent off to wherever they need to go. If you walk down Mangal Pandey Road, you can’t really miss us. We try to keep things organized, even if it gets a bit messy when supplies arrive late. It’s just a standard day-to-day life for us here, working in the same spot for a long time.
