We have our computers set up and a few workbenches for when we need to look at equipment. It is not a big corporate headquarters, just a local branch where real people work. We don't use any complicated scripts when we talk to people. We just listen to what is needed and try to help out. Most of our day is spent fixing things or organizing schedules. The office can get a bit messy when we are busy, but that is just how it goes. We do not have a big marketing department. We just rely on the work we do to speak for us.
