Janaseva X-Ray Clinic

Janaseva X-Ray Clinic is located right on Sonarpur Station Road Kolkata Sonarpur Station Road Near SBI. It's a busy part of the city, and there’s always people rushing toward the station. We’ve been here long enough that the locals don't even need to look at the address anymore. Our main thing is taking X-rays, so we have the machines and the darkroom setup in the back. It’s not a large place. When you walk in, there’s a small desk and some chairs. It can get a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting at the same time. The equipment is older, but it works fine for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time explaining how to stand or hold your breath for the picture. People come in with broken bones or sometimes just a cough that won't go away. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and horns, but inside it stays relatively calm. We try to get the films ready as fast as we can because we know people are usually in a hurry to get back to their doctors. The humidity in Kolkata can be tough on the machines, so we have to keep an eye on everything. It’s a straightforward job. We open in the morning, take the images, and help the neighbors in Sonarpur get their results before we head home for the night.
