Mango Lane is a famous little spot, though it is more of a narrow street than a lane sometimes. It is always packed with people and cars trying to squeeze past each other. Our shop is a retail space, so we have things on display, but it is not like a big mall store. It is more of a local shop where things are stacked up and ready to go. The area around the GPO is very busy with all sorts of trade. We have been operating from this address for quite a while now. The building is old and has that classic Calcutta feel to it. We don't really do much in the way of marketing. Most people who come in are just passing through or have heard about us from someone else in the area. It is a very honest way to do business. The air is always full of the sounds of the street, horns and shouting and people talking. We have a small counter where we talk to everyone who walks in. It is a simple setup that works for us. We open the shutters in the morning and stay until the street starts to quiet down in the evening. It is just a normal shop in a busy corner.
