It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic and the street noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a massive tech giant with glass walls and free snacks. It's more of a regular office where we drink a lot of tea and try to figure out why a piece of code isn't working right. Some days are longer than others, especially when a deadline is coming up fast. We started this because we liked computers, and now it’s our full-time thing. We handle a mix of projects for different people. Sometimes it’s complicated, and sometimes it’s pretty straightforward. We don't really have a big reception area or anyone to open the door in a uniform. You just come in, and you’ll see us at our desks. Living and working in Kolkata has its own rhythm, and we just follow along with it. We hope the software we make actually helps the people who end up using it at the end of the day.
