We operate out of 3A Ripon Street. It’s an old area with a lot of character, though the traffic can be a nightmare during the day. Insta Tea Ventures is basically just us working through the daily tasks of the tea business from this small office. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of tea. It’s not just about the leaves; it’s about the packaging, the shipping, and making sure everyone gets what they ordered on time. The space here is functional. We have what we need to get the job done, but we don't spend money on fancy furniture or decorations. Most of the time, the phones are ringing or we’re busy typing out emails to vendors. It gets a bit hot in the summer months, but we manage. We aren’t a giant corporation, just a group of people who know a bit about the tea industry and wanted to do our own thing. We have our good days and our bad days, just like any other small business in Kolkata. Some days the logistics side is smooth, and other days everything seems to get delayed. We just take it as it comes. Ripon Street is a busy place to be, and it keeps us on our toes. We don't have a big mission statement to share; we just show up and do the work.
