Over at 11 Khairu Place in Dharmatala, things are always moving fast. This is where Innovation Systems Pvt Ltd is located. It is right in the middle of everything, so there is never a dull moment when you look out the window. The building itself is older, with those thick walls and narrow stairs that you find in this part of town. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We have some shelves filled with stuff we haven't touched in months and a few computers that have been running since early morning. Dharmatala has that specific energy, you know? You can hear the trams and the shouting from the market nearby. Inside here, it is a bit quieter, but not by much. We usually have the radio on low or just the sound of someone typing. It gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, so we are always wiping down the desks. It isn't a corporate showroom. It's just a place where we show up, drink some chai, and get through the tasks for the day. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute and we all just sit there waiting for it to kick back in. It’s just the way life goes at Khairu Place. We’ve been here long enough that the tea seller downstairs knows exactly how we like our drinks. It's just a regular office life where we try to stay on top of things.
