Everyone just chips in where they are needed. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot of things going on at once, but we always manage to get through it. We like being in Dumdum because it’s easy for everyone to get to. The office is a bit cramped sometimes, but we have enough space for what’s important. We aren't big on formal stuff.
