The building is older, like a lot of places in this part of town. It has a lot of character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We are just a small group of people working here. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. We have our desks, our files, and a lot of tea. Kolkata has a certain way of doing things, and we fit right in. We don't go for flashy stuff. We just focus on the daily work. Sometimes the street noise is loud, but it’s part of the city's charm. We know the local shops and the tram lines nearby. Our office is functional. It’s a place where we can sit down and focus. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just show up and do what is required. It is a very human way of working. No one here wears a suit unless they have to. We are just regular people in a regular office on a famous Kolkata road. That is pretty much all there is to us. We stay busy and keep things simple.
