It has a different feel than the middle of Kolkata, maybe a bit more breathing room. We are just a regular tech company. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s mostly just people who like working with computers. Our office is simple, with just the essentials. We don't bother with fancy rugs or expensive coffee machines. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Some days are busier than others, but we usually just keep a steady pace. We like being part of the local community here. It’s a practical location for a business like ours. We don't spend a lot of time talking about ourselves. We’d rather just show people what we can do through the work we finish. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, so we can actually hear ourselves think while we are working. It’s not a complicated setup. We just come in, do our bits of technology work, and then head home.
