We are tucked away in Bow Bazar, specifically at No. 31/1 Chata Wala Gali. If you know this part of the city, you know the lanes can be quite narrow and full of life. Infofix It Solutions Services is just a small shop where we handle IT problems. People bring in their broken laptops or ask us to look at their software issues. It’s often cramped inside because we have parts and tools scattered around the workbenches. We’ve been in Chata Wala Gali for a while, and the neighbors all know us. It’s a busy area with a lot of history. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place to park a bike, let alone a car, so most people just walk in. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just fix things. Some days we are swamped with repairs, and other days we just sit and wait for the next person to walk through the door with a computer that won't start. It’s a bit dusty, and the lights sometimes flicker, but it’s our space. We like being part of the local scene here in Bow Bazar. It’s not a shiny corporate office, just a practical place to get your tech sorted out. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time looking at tiny screws and circuit boards. That’s just life here. We stay open late most nights because people often need their stuff back quickly for work or school.
