Imsi India Pvt Ltd is based out of Garfa Main Road in the Jadavpur area of Kolkata. Our office is at 89/D, and if you know this part of the city, you know it is always humming with activity. Sabyasachi Baidya is the one who keeps everything running here. Even though we are a private limited company, it doesn’t feel very corporate inside. It is more like a small family business where everyone knows each other’s business. The building itself has been around for a long time, so it has some character, though the stairs can be a bit steep. We spend most of our time dealing with the paperwork and the daily tasks that come our way. West Bengal can be a challenging place to run a business sometimes because of the heat and the humidity, but we have our fans and our tea to keep us going. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. Most of the people who deal with us do so because they’ve known us for years or someone told them where to find us. It is a very honest way of working. We just want to do a decent job and stay out of trouble. There’s always a lot of noise from the street outside with the autos and buses, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. It's a bit hectic but we wouldn't have it any other way.
