We operate out of 13a Colonel Biswas Road under the name Implant s Better Sight Centre Pvt Ltd. It’s a solid old building. The stairs can be a bit steep, so we tell people to take their time coming up. Our daily routine involves a lot of testing and talking to patients about their vision. It isn't a place with a lot of bells and whistles. We have the chairs, the desks, and the medical tools we need. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. We keep our files organized in the cabinets behind the front counter. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s completely silent for an hour. That’s just the nature of this business. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just enough so you know you’ve reached the right spot on Colonel Biswas Road. Most of the staff has worked here for years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We just keep doing what we do. It’s about getting people in, seeing what’s wrong with their sight, and figuring out the next step. We don’t use any complicated scripts when we talk to folks. It’s just plain English and honest talk about what’s going on. The waiting room chairs aren't new, but they work well enough for everyone.
