Iluminative Global Solutions Llp

Our small office for Iluminative Global Solutions Llp is on the ground floor of 34 Motijheen Avenue in Kolkata. It’s convenient being on the ground floor because we don’t have to worry about elevators or stairs. We’ve been at this location for some time now and it suits us well. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels very local. We spend our days working on various global tech solutions, though our actual office is very much local and unpretentious. We don’t have any big corporate policies or a human resources department. It’s just us, the people who started the company, and a few others we’ve hired along the way. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours staring at monitors. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that’s just how it is here. We aren’t trying to be a massive multinational. We just want to do good work and make sure our clients are satisfied with what we provide. Our desks are usually covered in notes and old folders. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is going to take longer than expected, we just say so. We don't like using marketing speak or making things sound better than they are. We’re just a bunch of regular folks who happen to be good at what we do and we like it.
