You can find us over at 189/U Rai Bahadur Road in Kolkata. Our specific spot is marked as LP-2/29/1/3, which sounds a bit complicated but once you’re on the road, it’s not too hard to find. Ideawise Digital is the name we use for our work. It’s a small operation. We have a couple of rooms where we set up our computers and servers. It’s not a polished corporate space. There are wires everywhere and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. But it’s where we feel comfortable. We spend our days working on various digital projects, from building simple websites to helping folks with their online ads. It’s a lot of sitting and staring at screens, which isn't for everyone, but we enjoy it. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the day, aside from the occasional street vendor passing by. We don't have a big team or a human resources department. It’s just a few of us who know how to handle the tech stuff. We usually eat lunch together at a small place nearby or just bring something from home. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be decided. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the tasks we have and try to get them done on time without any fuss.
