Ideas Solutions is based at No. 6 Shibu Biswas Lane, just off Beadan Street. It’s one of those narrow lanes that has a lot of history and a bit of a squeeze when cars try to pass. Our office is old, but it works for what we need. We don't do anything overly complicated. People come to us when they have a problem and need a different way to look at it. We are a small team, and we spend most of our time talking through projects over cups of chai. We aren't a big consulting firm with fancy slides and big words. We just talk like normal people and try to find answers that actually work in the real world. Sometimes we stay late because a project is stuck, and other times we leave early if the work is done. Beadan Street is always lively, so there is plenty of noise coming through the windows. We like it that way; it feels like we are part of the city. We don't have a uniform or a strict schedule. If you come by, you’ll probably find us surrounded by notebooks and a few laptops. We’ve been in this spot for years and the neighbors know us well. We don't do any big advertising. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand without much fuss.
