Ideal Computer

Our shop, Ideal Computer, is located at number 1147 on Kastodanga Road in Shibrampur. We are pretty easy to spot because we are right opposite Nanilal Vidyapith and not far from Greenfield City. It’s a busy road with lots of school kids and people commuting. We started this shop because we live nearby and noticed there weren't many places to get tech help without traveling a long way. The shop itself is quite modest. We have some shelves with spare parts and a few demo units, but mostly it’s a workspace. There’s usually a pile of paperwork on the desk and some tools scattered around. That’s just the reality of running a small business by yourself. We don't have a corporate office or a support team. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of us directly. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting software or fixing hardware that has seen better days. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy. The neighbors often drop by just to say hello or ask a quick question while they are walking their kids to school. We like being part of the Shibrampur community. It’s a decent area and we have good relationships with the other shopkeepers around here. We aren't looking to become a giant retailer. We just want to keep things running smoothly for the folks on Kastodanga Road who need their machines fixed properly.
