We’re over at Rajdanga Nabapally in a place called Touch Wood. It’s Flat No B 3 78, and that’s where we handle our IBM India Pvt Ltd responsibilities. Being in the 700107 area means we’re pretty close to some big landmarks, but our specific street is actually quite tucked away. The flat is on the third floor, and there isn't an elevator, so we get our exercise every single day. It’s a bit of a climb with heavy bags. The rooms are a decent size, and we’ve squeezed in as many desks as possible. It gets quite warm in the afternoons because the sun hits the windows directly, so the fans are always on full blast. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and keep our lunch boxes. It feels more like a home than an office, which some of us prefer. There’s always someone coming or going, and the doorbell is always ringing for some reason. We don't have any fancy meeting rooms, we just pull up chairs in the main hall. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down when we can. It’s a practical setup for us. We don't need anything more than our computers and a decent connection to get through the day. It’s just where we are and what we do for now. It’s how we operate around here without any extra drama.
