Our place is down at 89/E, Panchanantala Lane. If you know where the Mitali Sangha Club is, we are right near there. It’s a bit of a walk from the main Behala Thana area but not too far. We mostly deal with food and drinks for the people around here. It started small and we just kept going. The lane can be a bit narrow, so deliveries sometimes take a bit of effort to manage. We aren't a big corporate chain or anything like that. It is just a local business trying to keep things tidy and serve the neighborhood. Most of our day is spent checking on orders and making sure the kitchen is running okay. We don't have a big fancy office. It’s mostly just us working on the floor and making sure the supplies are coming in on time. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult in this lane, but we manage to stay open. People around here know us by now. We don't spend much time on fancy advertising or anything. We just hope the food tastes right when someone takes it home. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially on weekends when everyone is home and wanting something nice to eat. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the kitchen clean. There are always boxes to move and floors to sweep, but that is part of the job. It is a quiet enough spot most of the time.
