Headhunt Technologies Private Limited

Headhunt Technologies Private Limited is set up in New Town, right in Balaka Abasan at B 11/1-3. It’s a decent area of Kolkata, and being in a residential-style complex like Balaka Abasan makes the vibe a bit different than a huge glass office building. We like it that way because it feels more grounded. We spend most of our time looking for people for different roles and handling tech stuff. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is probably the highlight of the morning. We have a few desks squeezed in, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. Living and working in New Town means we see the area changing all the time with new buildings going up, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We aren't fancy people. We don't use those big words you hear in some business meetings. We just listen to what someone needs and then we try to find the right person or the right bit of technology to help them out. It takes a lot of patience. Some days are busier than others, especially when the deadlines start piling up. We just keep our heads down and work through the list. It is a lot of staring at screens, but we are used to it by now.
