You can find us at 262 Netaji Nagar. Kolkata is a big city and it gets pretty loud and hectic out there, but inside our office, it is mostly just the sound of humming fans and people typing away. We handle a lot of different IT tasks for Hcl Infosystems Ltd. Some days it is software updates, and other days we are opening up machines to see why they are making a weird grinding noise. We have been in this part of Kolkata for a while now. The 700092 area is home to us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, people find out about us from their neighbors or just by seeing our sign when they are out getting groceries or going to the bank. It’s a practical setup we have here. We don't use much of that corporate lingo that you see on TV commercials. We just talk like normal people because that is what we are. If something is broken, we tell you it’s broken. If it's going to take three days to fix, we tell you it will take three working days. We don't like overpromising things just to sound good. Sometimes the heavy monsoon rains make getting to the office a bit of a challenge, but we still show up. There is always something that needs to be done. We have a few desks, a lot of shelves for our inventory, and a small area for testing equipment. It is not a fancy showroom, just a place where we work hard.
