Growthhashtag Llp is located at P 21/13 in the Mukherjeebagan neighborhood. This is part of Udayrajpur in Madhyamgram. It’s a residential-feeling area in North 24 Parganas, so it’s not too hectic compared to the city. We’ve been here for a while now. The office is basically just a room with enough space for our computers and a small table for lunch. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for the specific house number on the gate. We do digital work, but we aren't trying to be some fancy agency. We’re just a few people who are good with computers and want to earn a living. The power goes out sometimes, so we have a backup generator, but mostly it’s a steady place to work. We like the quiet here because it helps us concentrate on the screens. Usually, we're in by nine and stay until the job is finished. There’s a tea stall around the corner where we go when we need a quick break. It’s a very normal setup. We don't use any of those complicated business terms when we talk to people. We just explain what we can do and see if it fits their needs. It’s a honest way to run a small partnership. We care about the work we do, but we don't feel the need to shout about it. It’s just a part of the local community.
