Our office is at Premises No. 75 Metcalfe Street, right in the Bow Bazar area. Grammar Online Retail Private Limited is mostly about managing our online inventory and making sure orders get processed. It’s a busy place with boxes often stacked near the door. We aren't a giant warehouse; we're a small team handling the daily grind of retail. The building on Metcalfe Street is old and has a lot of character. We’ve got desks squeezed in between shelves of samples and paperwork. It can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don't have a professional cleaning crew coming in every night. We usually just tidy up ourselves before heading home. We aren't trying to be the biggest store on the internet. We just want to make sure the people who buy from us get what they asked for. Sometimes the deliveries are late, or a system crashes, and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just how retail goes. We’ve had some good laughs in this office when things got stressful. It’s a real place with real people working hard. We like being in Bow Bazar because there’s always something happening outside. If you’re ever walking down Metcalfe Street, you might see us moving boxes or sitting at our computers through the window. It's a simple, hardworking life we have here.
