Gouri Stores

Gouri Stores is situated in Shop No. 1/1, Block C on Bangur Road. We are quite close to the Super Market Bangur, which is a landmark everyone knows around here. It’s a convenient location for people doing their daily shopping. Our store isn't huge, but we try to keep a good mix of things on the shelves. It’s mostly general items and household supplies that people need in a hurry. The area stays busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. We've been in this block for several years now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we're usually too busy moving stock to worry about that. It’s a family-run kind of place. My brother helps out on the weekends when it gets extra crowded. We don't have a lot of rules or a strict corporate way of doing things. We just talk to the customers and help them find what they need. Sometimes we sit outside on the bench when it’s slow and watch the traffic go by on Bangur Road. We get along well with the other shopkeepers in the C Block. It’s a nice little community we have here. We aren't looking to expand or become a big chain. We just like running our shop and being part of the local neighborhood. It keeps us busy and pays the bills. There is always something to do here for us to stay occupied.
