Gadadhar Mistry Lane is where we've been for a while now. Number 10/1. It’s a narrow spot but we make it work. Most days here start with unlocking the front gate and checking if the internet is actually behaving itself. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some old chairs that probably need replacing soon. It’s not fancy. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but honestly, we’re too busy with the actual work to worry about that. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and peek in. It’s a quiet enough area, which helps when things get stressful. We drink a lot of tea. There’s a guy down the road who makes it just right. We’ve got some computers that hum a bit too loud in the afternoons. It’s just us, a handful of people trying to get things done without making a huge fuss about it. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist. You just come in and find whoever is available. We spend most of our time staring at screens and figuring out problems that come up. Some days are longer than others, especially when a project is giving us trouble. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks at hand. It’s a simple setup at Goleta Tech Private Limited, but it feels right for what we do. No big corporate vibes here, just regular people working.
