Godwin X Ray Clinic

Our clinic is located on School Road, specifically at A/1. It’s a busy little stretch, especially because the Executive Health Checkup place is nearby, so there are always people walking back and forth. Godwin X Ray Clinic is a simple operation. We spend most of our day in the darkrooms or behind the lead shields. The machines have that specific hum, and the air always smells a little bit like chemicals and cold metal. It’s not a place for lounging around. We have a few benches for people to sit while they wait for their turn. The walls have some old posters about health, and the floor is that grey tile you see everywhere. We don’t have a fancy website or a PR person writing this. It’s just us. We deal with a lot of paperwork and film, making sure everything is labeled correctly. School Road can be noisy with the kids and the cars, but inside we try to keep things orderly. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from cleaning the equipment to answering the phone. We don’t make things complicated. If you need an X-ray, you come in, we do the work, and you go. It’s honest and very routine. We’ve seen a lot of people pass through these doors over the years. We just keep the lights on and keep working. The routine keeps us going through the busy weeks.
