Gnome It Solutions Private Limited is based out here in Amdabad village. It’s a quiet place near Nandigram in the Medinipur district. You won’t find any skyscrapers around our office. We are tucked away in a spot that feels more like home than a corporate park. Working in West Bengal, specifically in Midnapore, gives us a different perspective on things. We handle IT work, which some people think you can only do in big cities like Kolkata, but we manage just fine from here. The internet works, and we have our computers, so that’s really all we need. Most of us grew up around here or in the nearby villages. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to provide decent jobs and do good work for the people who hire us. Sometimes the electricity goes out if the weather gets bad, but we just wait it out and get back to it. Our office is pretty basic. We have desks, chairs, and a few fans to keep the heat away. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra costs of a city office. We know our neighbors and they know what we do. It’s a peaceful way to work, honestly. We take care of the tech side of things so our clients don't have to worry about it. It might be slower than the city, but we like it.
