Our place is at 103 Ultadanga Main Road, inside the Cit Building. It’s H S Iv S Block 2, Flat 5, to be exact. Global Software Solution Pvt Ltd is just a small office in a busy part of Kolkata. The building is an old government-style structure, so it’s got a lot of character, and maybe a bit of peeling paint on the walls. We’ve been here for quite some time. It’s often humid and the fans stay on all day to keep us cool. We don't have fancy air conditioning in every corner. We just focus on the tasks we have. The flat is small, so we’re all pretty close to each other while we work. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We share tea and talk about the news while we wait for programs to run. Ultadanga is always moving, and we like being in the middle of that energy. We don’t use any polished language to describe ourselves because we’re just regular people. Our desks are cluttered with hard drives, cables, and notebooks. We don't follow any strict corporate rules, we just make sure the work gets done by the end of the day. It’s a simple life here. We’ve known the neighbors in the building for years. We aren't looking to expand into some massive office. This flat in Block 2 is just right for what we need to get our work done properly.
