6 Waterloo Street is where you’ll find us. It’s an old part of town, and the building reflects that, but it works for what we do at Girnar Food And Beverage Pvt. Ltd. We deal with a lot of different products, mostly focused on what people like to eat and drink. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking on phones. We aren't some giant corporation with a glass building; we're just a group of people working out of a traditional office space. There’s always a crate or a box sitting in the hallway that needs to be moved. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking on quality. Food and beverage is a tricky business because tastes change, but we just stick to what we know works. The street outside is narrow, so deliveries can be a bit of a headache, but we manage. Most of us take our lunch breaks nearby at the little stalls. It’s a practical place to work. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big lobby. When you walk in, you just see people at desks trying to get through their daily tasks. Sometimes we run late because a shipment didn’t arrive on time or the paperwork got mixed up, but that’s just part of the job. We've been at this address for quite some time, and it feels like home to us now. It's just a job.
