Gatec Solutions

Gatec Solutions is based over at 16, Green Park, in Block-B. This is in the Kolkata-89 area. The office is in a spot that feels very much like a regular neighborhood, which we prefer over the busy downtown districts. We have a small sign outside so people don't get lost looking for the building. Inside, it is just a normal workspace. We have some computers, a printer that jams more often than it should, and a few chairs that have seen better days. We spend most of our time looking at data or talking to clients who need help with their technical setups. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There is no big hierarchy or anything. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes eat lunch together if things aren't too busy. The windows look out onto some trees which is nice when you need a minute away from the screen. We have been at this Green Park location for a while now and the locals are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. We don’t have a mission statement or any of those corporate posters on the walls. We just come in, do the work that’s on the schedule, and try to keep everything running smoothly for the people who rely on us. It is a simple place where we work hard.
