G Infotech

You can find us over at G Infotech in Lake Town. We are in Block B of the Lake Plaza building, right on the ground floor. It’s a convenient spot, though the parking can be a bit of a headache on the weekends. The shop is filled with the sound of cooling fans and the occasional beep from a motherboard being tested. We’ve been here at B1 for a long time, and the place has a bit of a lived-in feel. There are stacks of old magazines in the corner and a coffee mug that’s probably seen better days. We don't really bother with making the place look like a showroom. It’s a place where things get taken apart and put back together. People from around the Lake Town area bring us their laptops when they spill something on them or when the battery just won't hold a charge anymore. We don't have a scripted way of talking to people. We just tell them what we think is wrong and how long it might take to fix it. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive from across town, which can be frustrating, but that’s just part of the business. We like the local vibe here. It’s a good community, and we feel like a part of it after all these years of keeping their computers running. Every day brings a new challenge but we just take it one machine at a time.
