You have to go up to the 6th floor of Stephan House to find us. We are in Room 106. B.B.D. Bag is such an iconic part of Kolkata, and being here at number 4 feels like being in the heart of history. The building is old, with high ceilings and that specific smell of old paper and dust. G B C Enterprise has been tucked away in this corner for many years. It’s a bit of a maze getting to our office if you haven't been here before. We spend our days handling various business tasks that come our way. There is always a lot of paperwork and phone calls. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We are just here to do our part and keep the wheels turning. The view from the 6th floor isn't much, just other rooftops and the busy street below, but it’s ours. We drink a lot of chai and try to stay organized, even when the files start piling up on the desks. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. It makes the day go by faster when you’re working with people you actually like. We don't put on airs or try to act like a big corporate firm. We are just a local enterprise doing honest work in an old building. It’s a simple life, and we are quite okay with that. The street noise is always there. We just close the windows and keep going.
