Fresh River Tea Private Limited is found on the 5th Floor of the building at 204, Acharya Jagdish Chandra Bose Road. Our specific spot is Unit No-5A. It’s a busy part of the city, and being on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. The elevator is sometimes slow, so we end up waiting a lot. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks and samples of tea from different regions. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the estates. It’s a small team here. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on getting the tea from the gardens to the customers. The office isn't very large, and it can get a bit crowded when a new shipment comes in. We’ve got charts on the walls to keep track of everything. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There are usually tea cups everywhere and the smell of different blends in the air. We chose this location because it’s central and easy for people to find. We’ve been operating Fresh River Tea Private Limited from this unit for some time now. We just do our work and try to keep things simple. No fancy mission statements, just a focus on the tea.
