Food Lexicon Private Limited

Food Lexicon Private Limited is up on the 4th floor of Janki Mansion, right on Park Street. Being in Flat-21 gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy with the food business to look out the window much. Park Street is always busy, so it’s a bit of a climb to get up here, but it’s where we do all our planning and paperwork. We deal with various aspects of food supply and management. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign or a fancy entrance. You just come up the stairs or take the lift and you'll find us working away. We are a small group and we’ve known each other for a long time. This makes the work day go by a bit easier. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. Our desks are usually covered in notes and sample lists. It can get a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different vendors and making sure the logistics side of things is tight. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, mostly. We like the energy of being in this part of the city, even if it’s a bit cramped in the office sometimes. We just focus on getting the tasks done and keeping the business steady.
