If you head down to 9D Tiljala Lane in Kolkata, that's where you'll find us. If you have ever been through this area, you know how narrow the lanes can get and how much activity there is at all hours of the day. It is a very lively part of the 700019 district. Our office at Finlily Technology Private Limited is just a simple space tucked away in one of these buildings. We don't have a big fancy entrance or a security guard at the front. It is just a door that leads to where we all sit and work. Inside, it is usually a bit of a mess with papers and computers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We have a small team, and we all pitch in to keep things running. There are no big titles or corporate meetings here. We just talk across the room when we need to figure something out. The street outside can get pretty loud with people shouting and rickshaws going by, but we have learned to tune it out over time. We like being in the middle of everything. It feels like we are really part of the city. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or decorations. We would rather just focus on our tech work and making sure things are done right. It is just a normal, everyday job for us in a very busy part of town.
