Fidusia Bpo Private Limited

Our office is at 46C, Nivedita Sarani, on Upen Banerjee Road. It’s a part of Kolkata that feels very lived-in. Fidusia Bpo Private Limited is the name on the sign. We handle back-office work, which means a lot of phones and computers. It’s a busy place, especially during the peak hours when things get hectic. We aren't one of those massive call centers you see in the tech parks. We are a smaller outfit, more local. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we all know each other well. The building itself is pretty standard for this neighborhood. We’ve set up our rows of desks and made sure the headsets work. That’s really all we need to get the job done. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just the nature of a BPO. We don't use fancy scripts or anything too corporate. We just talk to people and try to solve their problems. It’s practical work. Sometimes the rain makes a lot of noise on the roof, and we have to speak up a bit louder. We have a small break room where we eat lunch and complain about the traffic on the way in. It’s just a real workplace with regular people. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a list of things to do and we try to get through them by the end of the shift.
