Ferreza Infotech Private Limited is based over at 47A, Hospital Link Road in Santoshpur. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy little stretch. Our office is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a lobby or a fountain. It’s just a few rooms where we keep our servers and workstations. We spend a lot of time on Hospital Link Road, mostly because there’s always something to do. The office feels lived-in. There are coffee mugs on almost every surface and cables running along the baseboards. We don’t have a marketing team or people in fancy outfits. We are just the folks who know how to handle infotech stuff. Sometimes the street noise gets loud, but we just turn up the music or put on headphones. It’s a very practical environment. We focus on getting the tasks done rather than how the office looks. Santoshpur is a good place to be, it feels like a real neighborhood. We like that we can walk out and find food or a tea shop in minutes. The work we do is technical, and it takes a lot of patience. We’ve had long nights here where we survived on snacks and bad jokes. It’s just a group of us trying to do good work without any of the extra corporate nonsense. We just keep the servers running and the code clean.
