Our office is located at 120 Majumder Para, inside Motilal Colony. We are on the first floor, in Flat No. 2B. It is more of a residential neighborhood than a big business district, which honestly suits us just fine. You won't see a giant neon sign for Fbc Technologies Private Limited when you walk by. It is just a regular building where we have set up our workspace. The 700079 area of Kolkata has a nice feel to it, and it is usually pretty calm compared to the city center. We spend our days inside this flat working on various tech projects. It is a small team, so we all know each other well. There isn't any of that corporate hierarchy here; we just sit around and figure out who needs to do what. Sometimes we have meetings in the small kitchen area while we wait for the kettle to boil. It is a bit cramped when we are all in at the same time, but it works for what we need. We don't feel the need to move into a fancy glass building just to prove something. We like the fact that we can just walk down the street and see familiar faces. It is a very grounded way to run a company. We focus on the daily tasks, keep our equipment running, and try to make progress every single day without any unnecessary drama or complicated rules.
