It is a small setup, nothing like those big offices you see in the IT parks. We handle all our food and beverage business from here. Sometimes it is a bit difficult for delivery trucks to navigate the narrow lane, but we have figured out how to make it work. It is a humble place with just the essentials. We spend our time managing orders and keeping track of our supplies. There is no marketing department or anything like that here. It is just us doing the paperwork and making sure things get where they need to go. We like the quietness of the lane compared to the noisy main roads nearby. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs well and keep our heads down. Every day is pretty much the same—lots of checking lists and talking to people on the phone. It is a straightforward business and we are just regular people running it from a small lane in Mudiali. It might not look like much from the outside, but we stay busy.
